Step 2: Get Pre-Approved
Pre-approval gives you confidence to shop with purpose. I’ll guide you through the process, compare lenders, and help secure the best pre-approval option suited to your needs.
Step 3: Find Your Property
Once you know your budget, you can start attending inspections, auctions, or working with a buyer’s agent, knowing exactly what you can afford.
Step 4: Finalise Your Loan Application
When you’ve found a property, I’ll prepare and submit your loan application for formal approval. I manage the communication with lenders and keep you informed every step of the way.
Step 5: Move to Settlement
After approval, I coordinate with your solicitor or conveyancer, help arrange insurance, and make sure everything is lined up for settlement day.
